What you’ll do

• Develop and implement occupational health care plans
• Conduct continuous medical surveillance of employees
• Operate and maintain plant medical facilities
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate external care
• Prepare health reports and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead wellness and preventive care programs
• Manage medical budget and inventory

What you’ll bring

• MBBS degree
• CIH/AFIH/DIH certification

Nice to have

• 5+ years occupational health management
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing setting
• Power generation industry experience
