About the role

The Manager - People Success Partner partners with senior leaders to drive engagement, performance, talent management and analytics, shaping people programs and policies. Bangalore, India, on-site, relocation available.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end HR partnership across operations, compensation, L&D, talent management, employer branding
- Design and implement engagement and culture programs
- Lead employee relations investigations and policy development
- Create and analyze HR metrics for people decisions
- Partner on performance management, coaching and promotion processes
- Mentor HR team and champion change initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree (HR/MBA) preferred
- 10+ years HRBP experience
- Strong stakeholder management
- HR compliance expertise
