About the role

What you’ll do

  • Design experiments to test PHY layer performance metrics
  • Support silicon evaluation and debug throughout QA cycles
  • Analyze results, identify root causes, propose improvements
  • Develop automation tools for performance evaluation
  • Assist PHY layer algorithm design and verification

What you’ll bring

  • Ph.D. + 6 years or M.S.E.E. + 8 years in wireless communications
  • Strong foundation in signal processing & digital communications
  • Fluent in MATLAB and/or C/C++
  • Hands‑on silicon bring‑up & characterization with lab equipment
  • Knowledge of MIMO, OFDM, IEEE 802.11, 4G LTE, 5G NR
  • Experience in scripting & automation tools
