About the role
Global Treasury’s TCIO Liquidity Controllers team builds trusted liquidity reporting across EMEA. The Analyst delivers daily and period‑end liquidity reports, reconciles funding and collateral positions, and drives automation and process improvements. Bengaluru, India, on‑site role.
What you’ll do
- Deliver TCIO EMEA liquidity reporting across daily, monthly, and quarterly cycles
- Perform controls and reconciliations of collateral, money markets, and funding positions
- Analyze variance drivers and communicate impacts to stakeholders
- Execute quality assurance testing for regional liquidity reporting
- Partner with NA and APAC controller teams for transparency and forecasts
- Participate in initiatives impacting liquidity reporting and system migrations
- Support UAT and regression testing for reporting outcomes
- Drive automation and process improvements for efficiency
What you’ll bring
- Degree in business, economics, finance or accounting
- 2 years liquidity reporting experience
- Knowledge of banking products (investment securities, money markets, repos, FX)
- Understanding of bank balance sheet and funding concepts
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective communication and relationship building
- Independent initiative and ownership of deliverables
- Advanced Excel capability
Nice to have
- Accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Experience with Tableau or Alteryx
- Support change initiatives, UAT or system migrations
- Continuous improvement mindset
