What you’ll do
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of software engineers
- Exercise technical judgment to guide system architecture and design
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and improve GCS reliability
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years software development (Python, C, C++, Java, Go, JavaScript)
- 3 years technical leadership overseeing projects
- 3 years people management or team leadership
Nice to have
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Demonstrated staff‑level technical judgment for large‑scale backend systems
