Security Analyst - Security Audit & Compliance Management

About the role

Support security specialist in risk assessments and audit compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence and effective control monitoring across IT and business units.

What you’ll do

• Plan and support internal/external audits (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI‑DSS, RBI, UIDAI, SEBI).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Maintain audit docs, track findings, manage remediation.
• Monitor control effectiveness across IT and business units.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather evidence and improve compliance.
• Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments.
• Develop, update, enforce security policies and standards.
• Provide compliance reporting to leadership.
• Support third‑party audits and vendor assessments.
• Promote security awareness and align with governance programs.
