About the role

Payroll Operations team at RTX ensures accurate US payroll processing using ADP platforms. The role designs and implements payroll solutions, leads cross‑functional projects, and provides post‑implementation support while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, hybrid (ratio of onsite determined with leader).

What you’ll do

• Interpret business requirements and design scalable payroll solutions
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and design documents
• Lead project implementation activities including testing and go‑live planning
• Provide post‑implementation production support and issue resolution
• Mentor team members and guide cross‑functional initiatives
• Partner with ADP vendors to ensure operational readiness

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years US payroll experience with ADP Global View
• Familiarity with ADP EV5
• Knowledge of US payroll tax, garnishments, 401K, FSA, FLSA, W‑2 reporting
