About the role
The Treasury Analyst role at Ocwen (Onity Group) in Bangalore, India, supports treasury operations by processing wire, ACH, and check transactions and assisting internal teams with funds transfer research. Day-to-day duties include daily cash tracking, monitoring short- and long-term cash positions, preparing monthly and ad hoc reports, resolving banking service issues, and supporting treasury software implementation. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 1–2 years of finance or treasury experience.
What you’ll do
- Handle processing of ACH, wire transfers, and checks
- Support fund transfers and check requests from servicing and origination teams
- Carry out monthly report maintenance and other ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Assist with resolving issues related to banking services as needed
- Provide support with ad-hoc Treasury processes
- Update and track cash daily
- Monitor short- and long-term cash positions and support Treasury Management with variance analysis
- Improve internal processes related to wire request control and efficiency
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Treasury
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking ability and time-specific deadline management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with other departments and third parties
