About the role
Lending Platform Product Team at Paytm drives credit solutions for millions of users. The PM works closely with vertical product managers and engineering leads to define use cases, author detailed PRDs, and steer the roadmap. They test edge cases, monitor KPIs, and ensure a seamless customer journey. Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the role is on-site.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with vertical PMs and business leads to capture use cases
- Translate use cases into detailed product requirements
- Manage future roadmaps and deliverables
- Influence stakeholders and senior management for quick decisions
- Lead Agile/Scrum processes and track roadmap progress
- Run edge case testing and product validation
- Track KPIs and product reporting
- Ensure technically sound decisions
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
- 3-8 years product management experience
- Deep understanding of lending and LMS platforms
- Fintech/BFSI domain expertise
- Strong customer experience intuition
- Excellent communication skills
- Solutions oriented mindset
