About the role

Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Morningstar’s Mumbai team, driving enterprise-wide identity and access management across Microsoft and Okta platforms. The role builds and maintains Okta SSO, OIG, Workflows, and Azure AD, ensuring secure joiner, leaver, and mover processes for employees. It supports critical business services, provides second-line support, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Hybrid work model: four days in‑office each week in Mumbai.

What you’ll do

• Manage Okta SSO, OIG, and Workflows
• Lead joiner, leaver, mover processes
• Maintain corporate Active Directory domains
• Oversee Azure AD modules
• Plan, develop, and deliver projects
• Create documentation and knowledge articles
• Provide knowledge transfer and training
• Act as second-line support for escalations
• Respond to incidents and alerts
• Support Employee Experience initiatives
• Stay current with cutting-edge technology

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 2+ years Okta SSO and Lifecycle management
• 2+ years Okta OIG
• 2+ years Okta Workflows
• 5+ years Active Directory experience
• 1+ year Entra AD
• 1+ year Azure Proxy
• Basic PowerShell scripting
