Senior Associate SAP PP/QM SAP Advisory

About the role

PwC's Advisory business application consulting team in Pune seeks a SAP consulting generalist to help clients optimize operational efficiency through SAP application consulting, implementation, and support. Day-to-day work centers on SAP GRC and BW/HANA security—configuring access controls, MSMP workflows, BRF+, rulesets, SOD analysis, and SOX compliance, plus HANA modeling and BW analysis authorizations. The role is a full-time Senior Associate position based in Pune.

What you’ll do

• Perform pre- and post-installation steps, syncs, connectors, rule building, and MSMP workflows in GRC
• Configure SPRO for access control and associate MSMP workflows with BRF+ applications
• Configure decision tables and functions in BRF+, and design/maintain MSMP workflow stages and paths
• Analyze and configure GRC 10.0 global rulesets, maintaining rule sets, function IDs, risk IDs, and risk owners
• Apply SOX compliance and audit activities, including SOD analysis at action/permission level and mitigation control creation
• Create analysis authorizations, check authorizations via RSD1, and manage BW/Business Objects security including RLS
• Manage SAP HANA system, object, and analytic privileges; create/delete schemas and set up security by info area, info cube, info object, and query
• Develop custom authorization objects and configure roles to secure reporting users and restrict BW/HANA access

What you’ll bring

• SAP Security & GRC knowledge
• S/4HANA implementation experience
• 4–10 years of relevant experience
• B.Tech/B.E./MBA/M.Tech/M.E./MCA/CA/CMA/ICWA qualification
• SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) proficiency
• Ability to support users confidently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality solutions
• Self-starter able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
