About the role
Tech Mahindra IT Department delivers enterprise SAP solutions. The Tech Lead drives end‑to‑end Emarsys implementations, designing and optimizing marketing automation programs, integrating customer data with S/4HANA, and guiding web teams on tracking scripts. Leads workshops to translate business requirements into technical designs and ensures compliance with GDPR/CCPA. Bengaluru on‑site role.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end Emarsys implementation projects
- Design and build sophisticated marketing automation workflows
- Configure dynamic customer segments and A/B tests
- Manage data synchronization between Emarsys and S/4HANA
- Develop, test, and debug API integrations and ESL code
- Guide web teams on Emarsys Web Extend JavaScript tracking
- Implement consent and data privacy mechanisms
- Conduct workshops to translate business requirements into technical designs
What you’ll bring
- 9-10 years SAP Emarsys experience
- Strong expertise in marketing automation and lifecycle campaigns
- Proficiency with Emarsys API, WSSE authentication, and ESL scripting
- Experience integrating Emarsys with SAP S/4HANA data objects
- Hands‑on with SAP Integration Suite/CPI
- Ability to configure dynamic segments, A/B testing, and personalization rules
- Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA consent mechanisms
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication
