Senior Staff Software Engineer

About the role

Druva’s Enterprise Workload team builds the Phoenix server backup product to secure and recover data for AI enterprises. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you design, implement, and maintain software modules while mentoring junior members and collaborating across teams. This role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

What you’ll do

• Design, development & implementation of software modules independently
• Play key role in the design/development of the Enterprise Workload product
• Guide and mentor junior team members by reviewing code and designs
• Responsible for the complete software development cycle
• Gathering & understanding requirements
• Ensure timely and quality delivery
• Work on end-to-end features
• Collaborate across teams

What you’ll bring

• 5 to 8 years of experience
• B.Tech / B.E / M.E./ M.Tech (Computer Science) or equivalent

Nice to have

• Extensive experience on Go/Python/C++
• Experience on OS - Unix/Linux and Windows
• Hands on experience in Networking and Multi-threading
• Experience on leveraging AI tools in daily tasks
