About the role
Sales Department at Ingersoll Rand – the team delivers end‑to‑end techno‑commercial proposals for chemical injection packages across the Middle East and India. The Senior Engineer, Applications & Proposals, interprets customer specifications, selects and configures pumps and accessories, develops costing and pricing, and coordinates with sales, engineering, supply chain and project management to secure orders. Based in Chennai, on‑site work model, occasional travel to customer sites.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years manufacturing industry experience
- Expertise in chemical injection packages and positive displacement pumps
- Application knowledge in Oil & Gas, Water Treatment, Petrochemical markets
