About the role

Safety, Health, Environment & Engineering (SSHE) team at Quest Global drives risk identification, safety management systems, and incident prevention for oil & gas projects. The role leads risk assessments, HAZOP studies, and root cause investigations while mentoring staff and collaborating with functional managers. Bengaluru, on-site, 40‑hour week, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

Develop and deploy project risk assessment and management plans
Lead HAZOP, LOPA, and incident investigations
Implement safety‑in‑design standards for greenfield and brownfield projects
Manage OIMS system administration and safety management processes
Mentor SSHE staff and provide performance feedback
Collaborate with business line leaders on safety culture initiatives

What you’ll bring

B.E/B.Tech/BS in Chemical, Petroleum, Fire & Safety, or Mechanical
12-18 years experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical LNG

Nice to have

CCPSC certification or equivalent
NEBOSH International Technical Certificate
