Director, PRD Implementation & Change Management

About the role

Innovation Management System (IMS) drives GE HealthCare’s product development transformation by defining and deploying global PRD and lifecycle processes. The Director leads the PRD Implementation & Change Management function, partnering with senior leaders to design, improve, and enforce user‑centered, compliant processes across the enterprise, and mentors a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality products. Based in Bengaluru, India and Waukesha, WI, USA, this role is onsite with a hybrid collaboration model as needed.

What you’ll do

• Partner with PRD Design and IMS teams to drive global process adoption
• Develop and continuously improve procedures, work instructions, and learning materials
• Lead change acceleration initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Communicate standards and metrics to senior leadership
• Build and coach inclusive, high‑performing program teams

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years regulated medical device experience
• 5+ years supervisory or program leadership
• Program management across product lifecycle
• Installed Base engineering leadership

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in engineering or related field
• Experience with design controls, ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820
• Change management planning and execution
• Cross‑functional influence and consensus building
