Senior Agilist

About the role

Agilists at U.S. Bank India drive Agile and product value adoption across product teams, enabling continuous discovery and delivery focused on customer outcomes. The role leads agile practices, coaching, portfolio management, and metric tracking while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and risk partners. Chennai, India, hybrid (on-site) work model with relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Drive delivery by enabling discovery and product strategy evolution
• Own agile practices, planning, OKRs, and metrics
• Coach and train teams on Agile mindset and tools
• Implement agile tools for roadmaps, sprint planning, and backlog refinement
• Manage agile portfolio tasks and governance
• Assist with funding, staffing, and vendor management
• Establish and monitor team metrics for continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years experience
• Expertise in product model interdependencies
• Deep understanding of target customers through research
• Collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Facilitation of human-centered design sessions
• Product strategy and vision planning
• Performance measurement and optimization
