About the role

PATH seeks a part‑time Private Sector Demand Analytics Manager to lead rapid qualitative analysis of provider hesitancy and develop demand generation tools for private‑sector TB preventive treatment in Mumbai. The role involves designing interviews, synthesizing themes, producing a hesitancy report, and creating a demand generation framework and toolkit. Candidates must hold a postgraduate or doctoral degree in public health or related field, have 10‑12 years of health demand generation experience (5+ in TB), and be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

What you’ll do

  • Lead rapid qualitative analysis of provider readiness and hesitancy
  • Analyze interview data and produce a Private Provider Hesitancy Analysis Report
  • Conduct gap analysis of national risk communication materials
  • Develop a TPT Gap Analysis Report on behavioral barriers
  • Design a Demand Generation Framework and Toolkit

What you’ll bring

Postgraduate or Doctorate in Public Health or related field
