About the role

Hydrocarbon Project Management team at Larsen & Toubro oversees EPC offshore wind projects, including topside and foundation fabrication. The Project Management - Yard Head leads schedule, cost, risk, and interface management, ensuring HSE and quality compliance while serving as the primary customer liaison. Based in Powai, on-site work required.

What you’ll do

• Manage EPC offshore wind projects including topside and foundation fabrication
• Oversee schedule, cost, and risk management
• Coordinate interface management with all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
• Act as nodal point for customer interactions

What you’ll bring

• Project Manager or Construction Manager role
• 5-25 years of experience
• Proficiency with Primavera and MS Projects

Nice to have

• Experience managing EPC offshore wind projects
• Strong schedule, cost, and risk management skills
• Knowledge of HSE and quality standards
