About the role

Health Agency team at HDFC ERGO drives the health insurance business through agency recruitment, activation, productivity and engagement. The Deputy Manager leads a branch of 6‑8 Agency Managers, monitors key agency metrics, drives renewals and ensures top‑line and bottom‑line targets are met. Gurugram, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Drive agency business for health insurance
• Recruit, activate and engage agency managers and agents
• Monitor and improve agent productivity and engagement metrics
• Develop and implement strategic plans for regional growth
• Achieve top‑line and bottom‑line targets
• Oversee renewals to meet targets
• Manage MIS reporting and branch operations

What you’ll bring

• 4-10 years experience in insurance or agency management
• Proven track record in driving agency recruitment and activation
• Experience with performance metrics and MIS reporting
