About the role

Talent Management team at Guidewire Software drives enterprise learning strategy across APAC. The Regional Talent Enablement Lead designs, facilitates and measures learning programs, leverages AI-enabled tools to modernize experiences, and partners with regional People leaders to align talent initiatives. Bangalore office, on-site role, with opportunity to shape talent development across diverse markets.

What you’ll do

Design, develop and deliver enterprise learning programs for APAC
Facilitate virtual, in‑person and blended learning experiences
Leverage AI and digital platforms to modernize learning
Analyze talent and learning data to identify gaps and measure impact
Partner with regional People teams and business stakeholders
Pilot and implement new learning technologies
Serve as APAC voice within global Talent Management
Continuously improve programs based on learner insights

What you’ll bring

8-10 years total experience
3-5 years learning facilitation or talent development
Strong facilitation presence in virtual and in‑person settings
Experience with learning technologies and AI‑enabled tools
Ability to analyze talent data and drive continuous improvement
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps
Design and deliver blended learning solutions
Systems thinking to optimize talent ecosystems
