About the role

Aditya Birla Capital Limited seeks a Regional Training Manager in Kolkata to execute learning activities for its retail finance business. The role ensures effective training delivery, post-program governance, and stakeholder engagement to drive business impact across the region. This is an on-site position based at Camac Street, Kolkata.

What you’ll do

• Deliver flagship and regional training programs for critical audiences
• Ensure adoption of e-learning programs and knowledge management systems
• Conduct on-field shadowing to understand sales and non-sales team challenges
• Coordinate with zonal HR to address employee issues effectively
• Compile and funnel training data to the central team within timelines
• Facilitate monitoring systems to assess participant performance changes
• Mobilize internal Subject Matter Experts to disperse tacit knowledge
• Resolve learning technology and system issues as first point of contact
