About the role
SAP BI Solutions within Enterprise IT & Quality at Novo Nordisk builds trusted data and reporting platforms for the global organization. The Advanced IT Developer II designs, develops and maintains SAP BW/4HANA data models, ETL processes and performance optimizations, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver high‑performing analytics. Bangalore, Karnataka, IN – on‑site work model.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop SAP BW/4HANA data models and reporting solutions
- Develop and maintain ETL processes, InfoProviders and InfoObjects
- Drive performance optimisation and system enhancements
- Manage change and release activities for stable operations
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Support integration with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere
- Provide technical guidance and share knowledge within the team
- Contribute to innovation using new technologies and best practices
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years SAP BW/4HANA experience
- Strong SAP BW/4HANA development and data modelling
- ABAP development expertise in BW environments
- SAP HANA modelling and performance tuning
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP Datasphere
- Experience with BW‑IP, BEx Query Designer, planning functions
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering BW enhancement projects
