About the role
Senior leader with 14-16 years in BPO, driving global F&A transformations, managing large delivery teams, expertise in RTR, PTP, OTC, US insurance, Oracle, Blackline, RPA, Alteryx. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, deliver process improvements, and drive organic growth.
What you’ll do
- Manage delivery and drive transformation initiatives
- Ensure client satisfaction and relationship management
- Maintain contract and process compliance
- Identify organic growth opportunities and support RFPs
- Act as single point of contact for delivery issues
- Implement best practices in people, process, technology, controls
- Collaborate with practice teams on transformation projects
- Lead performance and talent pipeline management
What you’ll bring
- 14-16 years BPO experience leading large client delivery
- Subject matter expert in F&A with RTR, PTP, OTC expertise
- Deep knowledge of US insurance market and tools like Oracle, Blackline
- Experience with RPA, Alteryx, and automation initiatives
- Leadership in multicultural global delivery environments
- Strong stakeholder influence, communication, and commercial acumen
