FP&A C&P Business Performance Senior Analyst

About the role

Finance team at BP Business Solutions delivers financial planning and performance management for large oil and gas operations. The Senior Analyst develops and maintains cash cost, working capital, and capex forecasting models, builds dashboards and analytics in Power BI/Tableau, and partners with finance and business stakeholders to provide insights for senior decision‑making. Pune office, hybrid work model with remote flexibility, shift overlap with Asia‑Pacific time zones.

What you’ll do

• Manage end‑to‑end total cash cost performance including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Lead cash, working capital and capex forecasting and monitoring
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards and cost bridges
• Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities and cost optimization
• Lead monthly and quarterly executive performance reviews
• Drive continuous improvement using digital tools

What you’ll bring

• 7 years financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Proficiency with SAP, IBP, Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical and insight capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills

Nice to have

• Business/Finance or Engineering degree
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred
