About the role

Zscaler is seeking a SecOps Technical Success Manager (TSM) in Bangalore, India, within the Technical Success department. This hybrid role leads strategic engagements for high-profile enterprise accounts, partnering with executives to deliver contextualized risk scoring and proactive security solutions using the Data Fabric for Security™ and Unified Vulnerability Management modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex technical environments, developing product expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering technical consulting and training sessions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead strategic engagements for high-profile enterprise accounts to ensure solutions align with business needs and drive long-term success
  • Proactively analyze complex technical environments to identify security risks and deliver tailored mitigation strategies
  • Develop deep product expertise across Data Fabric for Security™ and Unified Vulnerability Management modules to advocate best practices
  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales, Support, and Product teams to streamline customer experiences and resolve critical escalations
  • Deliver expert technical consulting and training sessions, both virtually and on-site, to educate customers on platform optimization

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical consultancy or success role within cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of executive stakeholder management, strategic customer engagements, and conveying complex technical concepts clearly
  • Hands-on experience analyzing technical environments, conducting cross-functional collaboration, and troubleshooting critical customer escalations
  • Background in data modeling methodologies, SQL, or ETL processes within technical or security domains
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Nice to have

  • Deep domain expertise in vulnerability management programs, enterprise risk scoring, and security operations
  • Prior experience mentoring technical engineers and elevating service delivery practices
  • Hands-on familiarity with security data fabric architectures or multi-tool security data integration
