About the role

Sprinklr AI-native platform team builds unified customer experience software for enterprise brands. The Senior Product Designer creates AI‑first workflows, user flows, high‑fidelity designs and prototypes using Sprinklr’s design system, collaborating with product, engineering and research partners. Gurgaon, India, on-site, hybrid schedule possible.

What you’ll do

• Use Sprinklr’s design system and AI‑first tools to explore complex enterprise workflows
• Create user flows, wireframes, high‑fidelity designs and interactive prototypes
• Partner with product managers, engineers and researchers to clarify requirements and iterate designs
• Participate in research activities and translate insights into design decisions
• Prepare design deliverables for review and ensure technical feasibility

What you’ll bring

• 2–5 years product design experience
• Practical exposure to AI‑powered user experiences
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Strong foundation in interaction design and accessibility
• Portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
• Proficiency with Figma and design system components
