About the role

Vice President - Consultant Databases, ESG & Innovation at M&G Global Services leads the Mumbai hub driving strategic delivery of Due Diligence Questionnaires, consultant database governance and ESG query management. The role shapes content, automates processes with AI-enabled tools, and partners with investment, compliance and global distribution teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality client and consultant communications. Mumbai, On-site, hybrid model with occasional travel to global offices.

What you’ll do

• Lead DDQ delivery ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and optimise consultant databases for integrity and audit readiness
• Manage ESG query team, ensuring consistent and credible ESG content
• Support new‑business RFPs with content expertise
• Implement automation and AI tools to improve processes
• Build and coach high‑performing Mumbai team
• Engage with investment, compliance and global distribution stakeholders
• Monitor emerging ESG trends and integrate into responses

What you’ll bring

• 12+ years asset management experience
• Deep expertise in DDQs and consultant databases
• Strong ESG knowledge and integration
• Proven global team leadership
• Advanced project management and process optimisation
• Stakeholder management at senior level
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled content tools
• Postgraduate or professional qualification preferred
