Associate Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable

What you’ll do

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for global entities
• Assist with tax payments, customer refunds, and audit/compliance requests
• Process AP invoices per policies
• Coordinate purchase order approvals and monitor workflow
• Execute weekly payment runs and urgent payments
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Review and reconcile aged payable reports
• Support month-end close activities including accruals and reporting
• Perform corporate card reconciliations and ensure expense compliance

What you’ll bring

• Commerce graduate or above
• 3+ years Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of AP processes and accounting principles
• Exposure to Coupa
• Exposure to NetSuite
• Handle internal and external user queries independently
• Proficient with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot
• Leverage AI for data analysis and automation
