About the role

Quest Global is seeking an ICSR Lead Engineer to support all phases of ICS Cybersecurity work practices, including implementation, deployment, and stewardship. Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, the role involves supporting operations and maintenance, risk assessments, cyber secure architecture, and compliance with standards like IEC 62443 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. The engineer will manage documentation, vulnerability management, and third-party service controls while facilitating training and emergency preparedness activities.

What you’ll do

  • Support regular operations and maintenance stewardship and reporting activities for ICSR systems, including reviewing local operating procedures and performing access reviews
  • Support application of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety/security criteria
  • Support meeting industry standards (IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework) and regulatory requirements pertaining to ICS Cybersecurity
  • Support implementing cyber secure architecture of controls and safety systems
  • Support management and assessment of cybersecurity controls and provide relevant improvement recommendations
  • Perform data collection and analysis related to ICSR with common database and software data analysis tools
  • Support inventory listing by updating BU ICSR inventory list in the WP recommended format and reviewing available documentation
  • Support assessment of threats to Control Systems including risk assessments, assignment of risk ratings, and identification of controls for risk scenarios

What you’ll bring

  • Experience supporting all phases in ICS Cybersecurity work practices including implementation, deployment, and stewardship
  • Knowledge of IEC 62443 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework standards
  • Ability to support cyber secure architecture of controls and safety systems
  • Skills in risk assessments and management of security controls and processes
  • Capability to perform data collection and analysis using common database and software tools
  • Experience with vulnerability management and reviewing advisories for in-scope equipment
  • Ability to support documentation updates and organization for ICSR systems
  • Knowledge of third-party service control stewardship and external connection requirements
