About the role
Broadridge's Managed File Transfer team ensures reliable, secure data movement for critical business processes. The Senior Member Technical provides 24x7 operational support, troubleshooting IBM Sterling and AXWAY MFT solutions, and handling night‑shift incidents. Work onsite in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, collaborating with L3 teams and clients to resolve issues and improve transfer workflows.
What you’ll do
- Monitor and respond to MFT incidents across multiple platforms
- Analyze logs to identify root causes and implement temporary fixes
- Collaborate with L3 teams for permanent resolutions
- Maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple incidents simultaneously ensuring SLA compliance
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years of Managed File Transfer experience
- Willing to work night shift
- Hands‑on with IBM Sterling File Gateway, B2Bi, Connect:Direct, Secure Proxy, SEAS, Control Center
- Experience with AXWAY MFT
- Troubleshoot B2Bi business processes and transmission workflows
- Support 24x7 mission‑critical applications
- Strong UNIX/Linux and Windows knowledge
- Understand file transfer security concepts
