About the role

Finance Operations vertical at Accenture helps clients align finance with business strategy using robotics, AI and machine learning to accelerate transaction processing. The Client Financial Management Manager leads financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliation across PTP, RTR, OTC and other finance towers, delivering insights that drive profitability. Based in Bengaluru, India, on-site role with occasional rotational shifts.

What you’ll do

• Identify and assess complex financial problems for client accounts
• Design and implement tools and processes for financial analysis and reporting
• Conduct data collection, analysis and transaction reconciliation using AI/ML
• Collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional finance teams
• Lead stakeholder workshops and transformation engagements
• Make independent decisions impacting day‑to‑day financial outcomes
• Manage medium‑sized teams or work efforts on client projects
• Adapt to rotational shift schedules as required

What you’ll bring

• Master of Business Administration
• 13-18 years financial planning and analysis experience
• Expertise in budgeting and forecasting
• Strong financial consolidation and close operations skills
• Proficiency in cost to serve analysis
• Experience with pricing and profitability optimization
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
