About the role
Fixed Income Division at Morgan Stanley in Mumbai builds and manages interest rate, currency, credit and commodities products, driving risk management and trade execution. The Senior Associate supports financial analysis, PnL sign‑offs, reconciliations and expense reviews, ensuring accurate risk booking and timely reporting to desks. Based in Mumbai, the role is on‑site with a focus on collaboration across trading and risk teams.
What you’ll do
- Assist with financial analysis (PnL, capital, liquidity)
- Follow up on EMEA & US risk/PnL sign‑offs
- Ensure risk booking to correct desk/sub‑desk
- Monitor trader PnL emails and conduct reconciliations
- Conduct monthly expense analysis
- Prepare monthly & weekly packs for EMEA & US Sales & Trading
- Manage legal invoice payments
What you’ll bring
- 4-8 years industry experience
- Background in financial performance & planning
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills
- Project management experience
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
