What you’ll do
- Support IMEA, SEA, and Europe sales teams with licensing and customer onboarding
- Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce and Power BI and build BI reports
- Collaborate with Finance for forecasting and revenue analysis
- Develop process improvements using AI tools in CRM and contract management
- Manage office assets, inventory, and merchandising requirements
What you’ll bring
- 3 to 5 years sales operations experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Experience with AI‑powered analytics platforms
- Strong cross‑cultural communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
