About the role

RSO Ops Excellence Service Line at Computacenter drives group‑led Quality Assurance initiatives across global service delivery. The Technical Analyst manages the Operational Quality Framework, conducts audits, and builds data‑driven dashboards using Python, Power Automate and BI tools while collaborating with Operations leads. Bangalore, India, on‑site role with potential hybrid flexibility.

What you’ll do

• Manage the Group Operational Quality Framework for program/customer accounts
• Serve as single point of contact for end‑to‑end quality management
• Implement Operational Excellence improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, FMEA
• Enable change across Operational Excellence functions and ensure adoption of quality standards
• Stakeholder management with Operations leads to drive data‑driven decisions
• Act as process catalyst for ITIL processes and continuous service improvement
• Oversee audit management activities for compliance
• Track performance metrics and produce operational dashboards

What you’ll bring

• 3-7 years overall IT experience
• Lean Six Sigma or similar continual improvement expertise
• Experience with data analytics using Python and Power Automate
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to business changes
