- Collaborate with central program, operations, finance, and category teams to align strategies and reduce costs
- Partner with product teams to implement interventions that scale program impact
- Manage short‑term commitments and track progress toward overall goals
- Benchmark best‑in‑class programs and influence long‑term vision
- Innovate to enhance customer experience while meeting profitability targets
- Act as single point of contact for cost of business team and category stakeholders
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years full-time industry experience
- Master's degree
