About the role

GE Vernova Project Engineering team drives global project control activities, establishing consistent specifications and processes for customer project implementation. The manager leads technical scope definition, schedule planning, and engineering monitoring, interfacing with proposal, cost, product, and sourcing groups while mentoring junior staff. Based in Noida, India and Berlin, Germany with on-site work model, relocation assistance not provided.

• Develop scope of work and schedule for customer projects
• Provide technical leadership across proposal, cost, product, and sourcing teams
• Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues
• Analyze data to support project recommendations
• Lead small to moderate risk projects

What you’ll bring

• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Significant engineering and technology project experience
