Associate Project Manager

About the role

The RWS Transform division seeks an Associate Project Manager in Mumbai to support linguistic evaluations and localization projects. You will coordinate multilingual AI data services, manage resource pools, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with project managers. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in English within a hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate complex multi-language linguistic evaluation and localization projects
• Manage pool of linguistic resources and monitor daily project progress
• Distribute tasks to translators/colleagues and collect final outputs
• Analyze project scope and clarify instructions with stakeholders
• Ensure delivery meets client expectations and on-time-delivery targets
• Create reports and track work progress
• Solve problems and troubleshoot issues
• Create instructions and documentation

What you’ll bring

• High school education; university degree is an advantage
• Very good verbal and written English proficiency
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to improvise and solve problems
• Proactivity and good communication skills
• Attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience managing linguistic evaluation or data labeling projects is a plus
• Linguistic background or experience is a plus
• Previous relevant work experience and knowledge of localization are a big advantage
