What you’ll do

Increase branch business through field marketing and lead generation
Generate daily leads and conduct sales calls to convert prospects
Achieve monthly sales targets and cross‑sell/up‑sell gold loan and third‑party products
Support branch in interest collection and maintain lending compliance

What you’ll bring

Graduate or Post Graduate degree
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
Sales orientation with at least 1 year field sales experience
Strong communication skills in local language and English
