About the role

Core AP team at Infobip manages end‑to‑end invoice processing for a global communications platform. The Senior Analyst independently handles complex vendor portfolios, validates OCR‑captured invoices, and supports month‑end closing while mentoring junior staff. Based in Pune, hybrid work model with on‑site collaboration as needed, offering flexible hours and career mobility.

What you’ll do

• Review and validate OCR‑captured invoices
• Manage vendor master data quality and corrections
• Support month‑end activities including postings and reconciliations
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with non‑core AP teams
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and queue hygiene

What you’ll bring

• 3-4 years finance or accounting experience
• Strong understanding of AP cycle and I2P process
• ERP experience (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with OCR invoice capture tools
