- Translate business needs into high‑quality epics, features and user stories
- Maintain a delivery‑ready backlog with Product Owners
- Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture for scalable solutions
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, technology and operations
- Support testing, release and production validation
- Embed risk, resilience and customer impact considerations
