About the role

Ericsson Network Operations team drives the delivery and governance of ASP services across RAN and microwave domains. The Head of ASP Management leads vendor relationships, contractual compliance, and financial performance while overseeing quality, safety, and supplier maturity initiatives. Based in Mumbai with on-site work model, the role includes strategic planning, escalation handling, and budget control.

What you’ll do

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships with structured governance and KPI tracking
Lead presales engagement, ASP scope validation, and technical evaluation
Ensure contractual compliance, quality delivery, and EHS adherence
Manage escalations and vendor disputes in coordination with sourcing
Drive supplier maturity assessments, workshops, and training sessions
Oversee ASP quality, budget, and corrective action plans

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in engineering
10-12 years RAN deployment and ASP management experience
Strong financial acumen
OHS knowledge and compliance expertise
Experience with service delivery processes and models
