About the role

Metro Infrastructure Team at Larsen & Toubro leads the planning, design, and delivery of rail depot facilities. The Lead Designer heads multidisciplinary design teams, creates depot layouts, integrates track and systems, and ensures compliance with rail standards while managing schedules and budgets. Chennai, on-site, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll bring

10-12 years experience in rail/metro infrastructure design
Master's degree in civil engineering

Nice to have

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit/BIM
Experience with BIM Level 2/3 implementation
Strong knowledge of depot operations and maintenance
Understanding of rail standards (national and international)
