Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

Loss Prevention Manager at Jio Platforms Limited in Pilibhit, within the Operations department. The role manages risk assessment and mitigation for company assets under the RIL Risk Management framework, ensuring a safe environment for customers, visitors, and employees. Day-to-day duties include deploying security automation systems, conducting audits and training, leveraging video and data analytics for loss prevention, investigating thefts and misconducts, and coordinating crisis response with the Security Operations Centre and local law enforcement.

• Carry out the Risk Assessment of company Assets and implement mitigation measures under the overall Risk Management framework of RIL
• Support business for ensuring safe and secure environment for all customers, visitors and employees within jurisdiction
• Drive implementation of asset protection for all business sites/offices of RJIL including deployment of security automation systems, employee attendance management support to HR, access management, au
• Implement standard control measures such as Audits and other checks for the mapped sites
• Conduct periodic training of employees for fire and emergency response procedures as per Policy

What you’ll bring

• Graduate or Post Graduate education
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
• Security and loss prevention exposure
• Effective leadership of a team including management of outsourced security manpower
• Customer service and result oriented mindset
• Capable of effective communication and coordination with internal and external interfaces
• Experience of working on security automation systems and different security technology applications
• Possess skill in carrying out risk assessment checks, governance audits and investigations and closure of incidents
