About the role
PDS-Investors Team at Cushman & Wakefield India ensures health, safety, security and environmental compliance on construction projects. The EHS Executive implements site‑specific safety plans, conducts inspections, training and incident reporting, and supports environmental monitoring and emergency preparedness. Based in Ahmedabad, India, on‑site work with a full‑time schedule.
What you’ll do
- Implement project‑specific safety plans, risk assessments and method statements
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, safety training and awareness programs
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage and housekeeping
- Prepare safety reports, incident logs and near‑miss analysis
- Identify unsafe acts/conditions and coordinate corrective actions
- Support evacuation drills, emergency preparedness and fire safety arrangements
- Maintain documentation for HSSE audits and statutory compliance
- Assist in environmental monitoring such as waste disposal and spill control
What you’ll bring
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred
- Strong understanding of industrial and construction safety standards
- Good reporting and communication skills
