What you’ll do
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
- Remove impediments and track sprint metrics
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to align solutions
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and business process mapping
- Support UAT and ensure successful delivery
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years Scrum Master or Business Analyst experience
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM)
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Experience in Banking, Finance, Healthcare, or IT Services domains
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Leadership and team facilitation
