AEM Senior Technical Consultant/Architect

About the role

VML Enterprise Solutions seeks an AEM Senior Technical Consultant/Architect for its Noida, India office in a hybrid work model. This client-facing role combines technical and business/marketing expertise to guide customers and implementation partners in building customized AEM solutions. Day-to-day work includes gathering client requirements, reviewing solution designs, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll do

• Review customized solution design and implementation strategies
• Validate implementation and follow through on issues until resolved
• Troubleshoot and reproduce technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds
• Identify gaps, highlight risks, and document feedback or recommendations in standard artifacts
• Provide advisory to key stakeholders with industry best practices and recommendations
• Assist with enablement and desk-side coaching on product features, ad-hoc queries, and future maturity roadmap
• Interact frequently with client/implementation partner teams including marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives
• Manage customer expectations and keep projects on schedule and within scope

• Become an expert in integrating Experience Cloud products
• Gain in-depth knowledge of client website architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy
• Ability to gather, document, and guide client business requirements, KPIs, and functional/technical requirements
• Ability to communicate proactively and effectively to customer/implementation partner teams
