About the role

EY Tax Advisory – Indirect Tax – Core team helps TMT clients navigate complex indirect tax regulations and optimize compliance across transactions. The Consultant provides technical tax expertise, prepares documentation, and supports advisory projects for clients in the technology, media, and telecom sectors. Mumbai office, on-site work model, relocation assistance may be available.

What you’ll do

• Support tax compliance, research, and advisory activities
• Prepare accurate tax documentation and client deliverables
• Analyze transaction structures for indirect tax implications
• Assist in tax project execution and problem‑solving

What you’ll bring

• CA qualification
• 1-2 years indirect tax experience
• Strong understanding of indirect tax concepts
• Experience with tax compliance and advisory
• Ability to analyze transaction structures
