About the role

The Print Operator role within Lonza's Capsules & Health Ingredients business in Rewari, Haryana executes capsule printing operations in compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality standards. Day-to-day duties include operating printing machines per SOPs and Work Order Plans, performing setups and changeovers, inspecting printed capsules for defects, maintaining documentation, and supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement. The position is full-time and requires entry-level pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.

What you’ll do

  • Operate capsule printing machines as per SOPs and Work Order Plans (WOP)
  • Perform printing setup, changeovers, and line clearance activities
  • Inspect printed capsules against control samples and identify defects
  • Carry out corrective actions for printing defects and process deviations
  • Maintain production documentation, logbooks, and inspection reports
  • Ensure equipment cleanliness, workplace hygiene, and GMP compliance
  • Follow gowning procedures, personal hygiene, and safety protocols
  • Support preventive maintenance through equipment monitoring and feedback

What you’ll bring

  • ITI or Diploma in Pharmacy, Science, or Engineering (Preferred: Chemical)
  • Entry-level experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar environment
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with strict quality and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to SOPs
  • Basic knowledge of SCADA systems and pharmaceutical processes
  • Capsule printing machine operation
  • GMP and SOP compliance
  • English and Hindi language proficiency
