HR Service Delivery Associate

About the role

Accenture HR Service Delivery team provides end‑to‑end employee and organization data management from hire to retire. The associate processes client transactions, escalates issues, updates records in SuccessFactors and maintains daily metrics while ensuring data confidentiality. Mumbai office, on-site work model, shift rotation required.

What you’ll do

• Read and analyze client processes and business rules
• Execute full range of HR service tasks accurately and timely
• Escalate complex issues and seek guidance
• Update client applications and maintain MIS metrics
• Participate in client conference calls and document outcomes
• Perform root cause analysis and suggest corrective actions
• Propose process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

What you’ll bring

• 1-3 years experience in HR data management
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors
• Proficiency with MS Office/Excel
• Strong customer orientation
• Attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience with employee lifecycle processes (new hires, exits, job changes)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
